I ordered matte varnish as samples. When it was time to order the full shipment by boat, this supplier shipped a totally different product : glossy flooring white varnish. Not at all what I received as a sample! I lost almost CAD $7000 which is a lot of money as I trusted their honesty! I totally refuse that other customer go through this unfaithful and disloyal supplier! This should never happen and this is not how real business relationship and partnership should be! I am so mad that thay abused the situation and shipped a totally different product. They even added bags into the containers! Why? I was supposed to receive 20kg but got 18.4kg as they inclused bags, which should never have been inserted as it falsed the weight. I am so mad to have been abused like that.
